Bail Bonds

The Bail Process

If your family member or friend has been arrested, his or her prompt release is a priority. If bail is granted to a defendant during the bail hearing, he or she will need to hire a bail agent if they can’t afford bail.

At J & J Bail Bonds, we charge a nonrefundable percentage of the total bail, and the defendant must agree to attend all court proceedings. If the defendant fails to appear, he or she will be responsible for the full bail amount and could be sent back to jail.

Available 24/7

At J & J Bail Bonds, we have an experienced team you can rely to get a surety bond. We are available around the clock, so contact us any time day or night to discuss options for your loved one.

If you are contacting us on behalf of a loved one, be prepared to answer the following questions:
  • Where is the person in custody located (city, state, and the name of jail)?
  • What is the full name and booking number of person in jail?
  • How much is bail?
